Eurozone Unemployment rose 0.1 percentage point (month-over-month) to 11.8% in November. Eurostat estimated that 18.820 million were unemployed in November, 113,000 more than in October. Among the eurozone countries, Austria recorded the lowest rate at 4.5%, while Spain had the highest rate at 26.6%. Eurozone unemployment in November 2011 was 10.6%.
