November 16th, 2012 – For: October, 2012

U.S. Industrial Production declined by 0.4% (month-over-month) in October. The decline was due to Hurricane Sandy. Manufacturing output, which accounts for approximately 75% of the total, fell by 0.9%. Mining production rose by 1.5% while the output of utilities inched down by 0.1%.
